100 Raffle
Raffle with 100 prizes profits, which will be all Ticket sales, will be shared between STOP POLIO and the Charity account of the club selling the ticket.
The “100” Raffle
To celebrate our centenary year we are holding a special raffle in aid of End Polio Now. The “100” Raffle will offer 100 prizes with a minimum value of £100 each.
The winning tickets will be drawn and announced at the Scarborough District Conference in June 2024.
We will be asking clubs to sell tickets throughout the year, we are in the process of getting them printed and will distribute them in the near future.
It would be great if Clubs could sell as many tickets as possible and we would like to think that a minimum of 500 sales is achievable for every club, dependent on size and enthusiasm, every sale will be appreciated
Letters are being sent to potential sponsors to solicit prizes and will keep the list up to date on this website. If any Clubs wish to donate a suitable prize, it will be welcome.
Clubs will be allowed to retain ninety percent of the monies raised for their own Polio charity accounts and 10 percent will be collected by District. All monies raised will be returned to participating clubs in a ratio based on ticket sales.
This raffle is expected to be very successful and will contribute greatly towards our Goal of Ending Polio
