Christmas Cards 2023

.

The Rotary Club of Lindum Lincoln has once again organised a Christmas Card to raise funds for End Polio Now.

100% of the profits will be credited to the End Polio Now (EPN) account of the club purchasing the card, with a guarantee that donations will be completed by 31st January 2024 at the very latest and a confirmation email sent to each club. (Achieved by 17th November in 2022).

Last year we raised an amazing £7,872. The profit was £2.70 per pack of 10 cards, 56% profit, so for a club ordering 20 packs their EPN account would have been credited with £54.00. This would then attract the Bill and Melinda Gates double matching.

A marketing flier incorporating an order list for clubs' own use can be downloaded here, and ask that you promote this at every opportunity until the deadline.

This has been approved by The Trustees of The Rotary Foundation of the United Kingdom. You will see on the flier that the inside cover has been left intentionally blank. You may wish to overprint your own club message or details to personalise it for your location and to market your club and events.

The order form is editable and has our bank details, so you can place your collated club order from the comfort of your desk and pay by BACS. Don't forget to save after editing! Also available is a separate order voucher, which may be more convenient and can be downloaded here. You may of course still print hard copy and post with a cheque! All forms of payment happily accepted.

NEW FOR 2023 – Online order option HERE

The orders are collated on a per club basis to keep postage costs to a minimum, and the order deadline is 21st October 2023, with delivery by 30th November 2023. We plan our timeline carefully to give our customers time to distribute to their members.

Best wishes and thanks
