Nitesh Joshi

As an avid Rotary St Albans Verulamium Club (D1260) member since 2017, I have been a Digital Officer, Club Secretary & President of my Club helping it transition during the pandemic to an online environment.

I was inspired to join the Rotary GB & I Board in Feb 22 to utilise my business skills & experience and to make a difference.

With over 35 years’ experience as a company director & business entrepreneur, I have managed multiple, large scale companies and my experience lies in teamwork, leadership and communication. Much like Rotary, running a company relies on specific, well-orchestrated management and having an effective long-term vision. My experience is in growing & expanding businesses as well as kick starting new businesses with innovation & technology.

I have digital marketing experience having set up a specialist digital agency which provides social media, web development, business automation & marketing services to clients in London.

As Chair Elect I am involved in the Board’s implementation of our Northstar plan of achieving 60k members by 2028 & instrumental in the creation of our 4 new Membership channels including:

• Club
• Direct
• Corporate
• Enterprise

My vision for Rotary GB & I is for it to grow year on year by adding new diverse & business members that are inspired to become Rotary leaders of the future helping local people & communities.

I am happily married to my wife Chinmayi Joshi & have two sons both recently married.

I enjoy walking & trekking, swimming & visiting countries around the world. I have a special interest Digital technology Artificial Intelligence.
