More than £78,000 raised!

Members of Rotary Wickford visited St Luke's Hospice recently to receive an award for their support of the Hospice


Members of Rotary Wickford were recently invited to visit St Luke's Hospice as a thank you for the fundraising activities the Club have undertaken to support the Hospice over the yerars.

President Pauline was presented with a certificate and a pin to celebrate the donations of in excess of £78,000 made over the last ten years to the Hospice as a result of various fundraising activities, most recently the regular Hyde Hall Live event undertaken in June each year in collaboration with RHS Hyde Hall.

This is just the latest in a long series of activities which Rotary Wickford have undertkaen in support of the Hospice including significant financial and physical help in the initial construction of the Hospice over 30 years ago.

And it will all happen again this year, when Rotary Wickford will again be hosting live music at Hyde Hall on Jun 22nd this year! Keep in touch for more news shortly!
