Epsom Rotary 100th Anniversary
Party in the Park
Saturday September 21st
Rosebery Park, Epsom

We are seeking all the help we can get to help us celebrate our 100th Anniversary

We are running a Party in the Park, with Music, Dance, Children’s Rides, Food, Drink  and fun!

We need help to man the gates, marshal the queues for events and generally give a Rotary presence

Below is a description of the types of volunteer jobs available but we are asking for what you can offer for the day.
The main event is from 11am to 5pm and we would like volunteers to do two hour stints if that is possible. Longer of course would be nice, but we would schedule you a different position or different job so you don’t get bored! You might also like an hour off to have a cup of tea or lunch!

We also need a lesser number of people to man the gates earlier in the day from 6am onward until the main entry time of 11am

If you can help for long periods of time on that day, that would be wonderful

Your Name.
