Breakfast - Special General Meeting

I also give notice that a Special General Meeting of the Club will be held on 12 December 2018 for the purposes of:

(i) receiving and approving the examined annual accounts for the year ended 30th June 2018.

(ii) electing by ballot of the members the President for the next Rotary year but one.

(iii) electing the Vice-Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer for the next Rotary year.

(iv) electing one voting delegate (and substitute) to attend the ensuing Annual Conference of the Association, and one additional delegate (and substitute) for every 25 or major fraction thereof of our active members.

In addition, we will take the opportunity on 12 December, as part of the business section of the meeting, to review progress on the Club’s plan for the year. Accordingly, please would committees consider what remains to be done in this Rotary year.
