International contacts are part of the lifeblood of Rotary and which help further international understanding. The relationship with our Contact Club - The Rotary Club of Chantilly, France has been very successful and in 2008 this was cemented with a formal exchange of charter of contact and banners in Chantilly.
Epsom Borough is twiined with Chantilly also famous for its links to horses and horse racing and as the home of the French Derby the Prix du Jockey Club. Chantilly is also famous for its royal and historic links and has a magnificent chateau and grounds (pictures above top row), racecourse and riding school (pictures above bottom row) and art gallery.
For 2012 and beyond our clubs intend to build on our close ties working on additional new projects and events, which will be detailed on our home page.
