This committee is responsible for internal arrangements of the Club, including and/ or organising the programme of regular weekly meetings or other activities, liaising with our members and our meeting venue over attendance and providing an 'Almoner' function for members with health or other difficulties. The Chairman of this committee is usually the 'President Elect'
