Memorial trees planted in memory of the late Rotarian and Cllr Peter Boast
Chertsey Rotary Club in partnership with Runnymede Council planted 30 young trees in Bourne Meadow, Chertsey in memory of the late Cllr Peter Boast on Saturday 15 March 2014.
With the sun shining seven volunteers, Brian Perry, Roy Westley, Gary Weber, Ron Enticott, Cllr Derek Cotty and Tony Merrett.from the Chertsey Rotary Club came out to plant 10 sloe, 10 mountain ash and 10 wild cherry trees to create a copse to enhance the local community in Chertsey.
