The Rotary Shoebox Scheme has been running since 1994. Each year the scheme sends in excess of 25,000 boxes or gifts to countries in Eastern Europe. Gifts are sent throughout the year to orphanages, homes and hospitals.
Club members and their families spent many days sorting through the shoeboxes which children from many schools in and around Andover had donated. In 2023 we are pleased to announce our Club collected 265 which is a fantastic amount. Thank you to all of the schools and everyone who donated shoeboxes. Thank you also to Thruxton racing circuit for kindly allowing us to use one of your offices to carry out this task.
