Bingo!

At All Saints Church to raise money for our Youth Projects.
The event will be well attended, and organised and called by Margaret Stone, who runs a bingo each month for a different local charity. We should be able to make a profit around £500!
As we are the benefitting group;
* We need to provide assistance at 4pm to help lay out the tables.
* We need to provide Cakes (70 / 80 individual cakes/slices)
* We need to provied 25-30 raffle prizes.
* We need to provide the food for the bingo prizes, as per Margaret Stone's instructions. Diane Parry is co-ordinating this list.
* We need to provide help at the end of the event to clear away the hall (~9:00pm to 10:00pm)
* Rachel usually helps make teas and coffees in the kitchen ~7:15 - 8:30pm. If someone else could volunteer to do this instead, it would be hugely appreciated!
