Helen has worked in healthcare for the last 16 years, starting at the Department of Health where she had responsibility for policy development around the use of art in healthcare environments, cleanliness in hospitals and the development of a customer care programme which has been delivered to more than 500,000 staff. Helen moved into the NHS in 2005 and has held director posts in Swindon, Warrington, Bradford and started at Airedale Hospitals in May 2016. Her responsibilities include strategy, business development, partnerships and communications.
Before she moved into health, Helen had a successful career, working latterly with Hilton Hotels where she was Regional Director of Sales and marketing for North of England
