Richard is now "retired" after a life time in engineering sales management but he is kept very busy with several interests !
He has run a Murder Mystery company, "Dial M for Murder" for over 20 years, performing at leading hotels, charity dinners and corporate events.
He volunteer at a National Trust property, East Riddlesden Hall, showing visitors around and explaining the history etc.
He is Chairman of Riddlesden War Memorial Institute, a village hall which we keep running for local user groups.
He is active at local amateur theatres, mainly directing and several of my own plays have been performed recently.
The talk he plans to give, "The Mitchell Brothers" is an interesting true story about a local family from the Bradford area. Their family business developed in the 19th century and the two brothers were leading sportsmen. One brother found world wide fame with a very daring challenge. Our story will end as both brothers enter World War One.
