Stacey has worked for Skipton Building Society for 8 years and having worked in branch, she always aim to bring a customer perspective to the Financial Crime team which she manage and where we work to prevent, detect and deter all types of financial crimes.

One of the key goals for the financial services sector is raising awareness for the general public on the different types of scams which can affect anyone at any time. I will be talking about a number of common scams, how they are perpetrated, how to avoid them and what to do if you are the victim.
