Update on the Weight Loss.

 

For those not at Handover on Saturday evening the reveal was made as to my weight loss.

I was not proud to announce my opening weight that of 355lbs or in real money 25st 5lbs, the realisation of what had become was a real wakeup call. It was announced by President Nigel of the Luddites that on Thursday last the weight I had come down to, so to speak, was 257lbs a loss of 98lbs or 7 stone.

Added to the benefits to my health etc. at this time I estimate I will have raised some £2,700 for the ABF The Soldiers Charity. That’s from what I know of, so if any Clubs still have to let us know how much they have managed to raise please can they get the details to us ASAP so we can move ahead and get the Gift Aid claimed and be in a position to make the presentation in Scarborough at Conference.

Many thanks to ALL who have already contributed the realisation of just what I was going to raise for this worthwhile cause was another incentive to get on and do it.
