Do you have a New Year resolution? Join Rotary Unplugged – online event Thursday 3rd February 7:30 pm

Rotary Club of Thame & District is calling on all community minded people to register in advance to join an online meeting about volunteer opportunities with Rotary on Thursday 3rdFebruary 2022 at 7:30 pm. Here is the link to register:

Marius Hopley, the District Governor of Rotary District 1090 in the Thames Valley, will give the talk. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about Rotary, how Rotary members give back to the community and how to join Rotary. The talk will alternate with breakout 5 minutes session when participants will discuss in groups of 3-4 various community topics suggested by the speaker.

Have you ever wondered what Rotary is all about? Where it began? Discover how Rotary is perfect for employee engagement programs. Maybe, how you can get involved and begin to make a difference to your local community. Discover how Rotary can help enhance Mental Well Being, and how it offers its members the opportunity for self-development through networking, leadership. You will find out how yournew year resolution can become live with Rotary support.

 

During the time of the pandemic, Rotary Club of Thame & District and Phoenix Community Club members have continued supporting the local community, have been meeting safely online and have been welcoming 10 new members since March 2020. The clubs doors are largely open to welcome new volunteer members.
