Rotary Village Showcase
A District Conference event held at Benson Parish Hall on Saturday, 10th February 2024.
The consensus was that the Conference Showcase at Benson was an outstanding success, the Rotary Village was buzzing and it was estimated that 200 attended.
The exhibitors made an excellent job of showing off their projects with stands of a very high quality, thank you for your effort.
The presentations/talks were well attended and thanks to all the presenters and indeed to the members of RC of Maidenhead Bridge who worked hard to keep the coffee and tea flowing. We were concerned that we hadn't ordered enough sandwiches but I think we got it just right as they all went by the end of the day!
Our thanks to Richard Strudwick (partner of a Henley member) who has made a video of the event and by arrangement concentrated on the Membership presentation in the hope that it will be a help to those members that could not attend. There was a lot of good tried and tested ideas for attracting and retaining New members.
