at Chalford House -Speaker -Everest Base Camp Trek

Jon and Julie Street gave a fascinating, illustrated talk on their recent trek to the Everest Base Camp to raise funds for Dorothy House.
Jon's description of their trek in the Himalayas was most graphic and we listened attentatively.
Unfortunately, Jon developed altitude sickness the day before the final thrust to the Everest Base Camp and had to be helicoptered down to Katmandu to avoid a coronary anurism. Julie carried on to the goal.
They raised over £1,00 for Dorothy House
