This isn’t a classroom course. It’s a hands-on experience where you’ll step outside your comfort zone, take on real challenges, and develop leadership skills that last a lifetime.

This programme is designed for motivated young people ready to challenge themselves.

  • Aged 18–28
  • School leaver, student, apprentice, or early in your career

What will you do?

Over 7 days, you’ll take part in practical challenges designed to develop leadership in real situations.

  • Outdoor team challenges
  • Problem-solving tasks
  • Leadership exercises
  • Group discussions and reflection
  • Support and coaching from experienced leaders

What does it cost?

The programme is completely free.

Accommodation, food, and activities are all covered.

You have the option to purchase food at the services on the way to and from the centre.
