Head of Guston Church of England Primary School, Debbie Day, is presented with a £300 Cheque by President Peter West, for outdoor play facilities.

The Rotary Club of South Foreland waa pleased to welcome Debbie Day, Head of Guston Primary School, to our meeting on 14th May. She was presented with a cheque for £300 which our Environmental Lead, Janet Dagys, secured from District Rotary.

The money will be used to buy a 'mud kitchen' for outdoor role play and messy mud play.  Children love stirring, cooking and washing up with mud and other play materials.

The Club already have contact with Guston School through supporting environmental education, and Debby has given a talk to club members about her school.
