Annual General Meeting of the Rotary Club of Leicester DeMontfort,
Wednesday 7th May 2025,19:00hrs

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of the last meeting (01/5/24)
3. To receive annual reports from the council and committees of the club for the current year.
4. To receive the treasurer’s report and proposed budget for the ensuing Rotary year.
5. Election of any honorary members. (currently: Mike Lane, Suzanne Storer, Peter Dorans, Les Aldrich, John Saunders
6. Election of up to 6 ordinary members of council.
7. Confirmation of the appointment of, or selection of, the chairman of committees.
8. The appointment of a person or persons to examine the club’s annual accounts.
9. Election of one representative (and substitute), of the club, for attendance at the District Council for every 25 members or fraction thereof.
