District Assembly

Noel Tate (Canterbury Sunrise) has completed 60 years in Rotary and has donated £6000 toward the RRV (Air Ambulance Rapid Response Vehicle – thanks Rob).

District Conference is 25/26 October 2025 in Eastbourne – Andrew encouraged everyone to go at least once!

District fees are going up from £20 to £22.

Waterloo Road – Seniors Centre

We had been asked for a donation for unspecified work.

Dave C and Reggie sought clarification. The Centre would like to insulate a conservatory roof at a cost of £385.73.

Whilst this was supported in principle there were concerns raised about the efficacy of the proposed work.

Dave/Reggie to seek further information and also to establish whether RC Whitstable had also been approached as a possible joint venture.
