Notes of SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – 4th December 2018
With the absence of President John Stirling, President Elect Brian Mitchell conducted the meeting reporting that with 23 members and one visitor present, there were as usual the requisite uncontested nominations for election as Club officers.
Members present unanimously agreed and confirmed the following:
1. Election of Roger Hall as Club President for 2020/21. Roger Hall will remain as Junior Vice President until 1 January 2019. Then hewill become Club Senior Vice President until 1 July 2019 when he will become President Elect with Brian Mitchell as President for 2019/20.
2. Election of Robert Haig as Secretary andMartin King as Treasurer for 2019/20.
3. John Stirling and Brian Mitchell as the two voting delegates for Rotary Conferences. Roger Hall and Robert Haig as deputies in the event that delegates are absent.
4. George Primrose as Auditor for 2019/20.
5. The Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2017/18 on behalf of immediate past Treasurer Alastair Durkie were received.
