Notes of SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – 3rd December 2019
President Brian Mitchell conducted the meeting reporting that with 18 members and no visitors present, there were as usual the requisite uncontested nominations for election as Club officers.
Members present unanimously agreed and confirmed the following:
1. Election of Douglas Scott as Club President for 2021/22. Douglas will remain as Junior Vice President until 1 January 2020. Then he will become Club Senior Vice President until 1 July 2020 when he will become President Elect with Roger Hall as President for 2020/21.
2. Election of Robert Haig as Secretary and Martin King as Treasurer for 2020/21.
3. Brian Mitchell and Roger Hall as the two voting delegates for Rotary Conferences. Douglas Scott and Robert Haig as deputies in the event that delegates are absent.
4. George Primrose as Auditor for 2020/21.
5. The Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2018/19, presented by
Treasurer Martin King were received and approved.
