Duty Rota

Members allocated for reception and vote of thanks duties


Members arranging a speaker or being the speaker themselves to liaise with Mark Todd.

Please note these dates in your diaries.
If you cannot comply with the Rota duties then it is your responsibility to arrange a substitute and inform the Secretary.

1.      Reception must be attended from 6pm.
2.      Ensure all members sign register.
3.      Ensure all visitors sign visitor’s book.
4.      Explain method of meal payment to all visitors if appropriate.
5.      Offer hospitality to all guest speakers and introduce to members especially VOT member.
6.      VOT member should make notes from speaker’s talks and send these to Club Webmaster

NOTE: The planned programme and scheduled venues may have to be amended due to circumstances out with our control. Please take note of the weekly emails from President
