The Club is managed by monthly meetings of the President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairpersons of each of the committees listed below. This group is known as the 'Council' and is a feature of most Rotary Clubs. Decisions made by the Council are endorsed by occasional Club Meetings known as 'Business Meetings' at which views on the activities of the Club can be debated.
Cookham Bridge Committees:-
In additions various club members have special duties incuding Attendance , Special Events, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Almoner.
Special event activities include charity and community events such as the Cookham Regatta, Concerts, Golf Events and many others. Sub committees to deal with these events form and dissolve as necessary.

In addition to fund raising and supporting the local community, CBRC has a social and 'fellowship' programme. Examples include the annual President's Night, Theatre Trips, Walks and many other events.more
