Attendance

Attendance

Corby Phoenix Rotary members meet on the Second and Fourth Thursday of the month at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Geddington Road, Corby, NN18 8ET, on Thursday evenings at 19.15 (7.15pm) for dinner at 19.45 (7.45) with the meetings usually finishing at around 21.45 (9.45). We hold our business meetings via Zoom for ease on the first Thursday of the month and then the Third (and potentially Fifth Thursday if there is one) we can be found out and about at different venues for dinner and socialising.

All visitors are welcome though it is imperative that arrangements must be made so a meal; including any special dietary needs, can be organised. Meals are two courses - either a starter and main or a main and dessert always followed by tea or coffee.  We would happily have members attend the meeting following the meal, either via Zoom or in person if that is more convenient.

Unless an apology is given in advance, it is assumed Rotarian members will attend all meetings (we are very forgiving on this if we know in advance). We would ask that all arrangements to attend and apologies be made be no later than 19.00 (7pm) on the Wednesday evening prior to the planned absence or attendance, in order that we can let the venues know.
