Rotarians of Kelvedon Hatch & Villages/ Toot Hill Show 2013

One of our main events of the year is the Toot Hill Show. We start the day at lunch time running the bar for a very thirsty crowd there being about 2500 in attendance. In between the various shows the Pimms was in great demand but as it was a hot day so were the lagers.
As the evening draws near we have to set up the Marquee for our evening party. This year we had three acts, Too Fat To Kidnap, Bethaniee and Jazzmatazz. Of course a bar was set up first and as the party goers started arriving so the music started.
Sitting on straw bales eating and drinking first then slowly the dancing started.
It was a great event and at about 11.00 the tired and drunken party goers wandered off home whilst KH and V cleared up ready for the Marquee to be taken down in the morning.
