On Thursday 30 July 2015, a group of 50 members, partners and friends met at Burnham Cricket Club to take a coach into London. Arriving in time for a quick lunch, we congregated at the BBC in Portland Place and enjoyed a 90 minute tour of the studios. Several of the group enjoyed the opportunity to exercise their creative talents, as weather presenters or in a mini drama.
At the end of the trip we all met back at the Cricket Club and enjoyed a barbeque and one of the shortest Club meetings on record.
Many thanks to Beryl and John Senior for organising the event.
