Rotary Centenary Mile

and cycle, walk, run, cross-train, row or swim just one mile during the

week to

celebrate 100 years of Rotary in Wales and raise awareness and funds

for the Tenovus Closer to Home Appeal.

We’ll collect sponsorship money on

Tenovus has developed a mobile cancer treatment service so that rather than travelling long distances for treatment it can be delivered to patients locally.

Today Tenovus run two Mobile Support Units in Wales but they urgently need to build a third Unit to expand the service to reach the people who need them most. The Rotary Centenary Mile aims to raise £25,000 which will pay to badge a Rotary Treatment Room as part of the Tenovus Closer to Home Appeal.

All money will go to the “Closer to Home” Appeal. The amount raised will be posted at Bannatyne’s.

Just one mile that’s all we ask - from easy (on the bike) to hard (80 laps

in the pool!)
