Visit to Rotary Radio and RC Minster, January 22nd:

Many thanks to Hilary for organising a very successful visit to Rotary             Radio and RC Minster on Sheerness.     Rotary Radio (www:rotaryradiouk.org)  is based in the Criterion Theatre in Blue Town,             Sheerness and two of their dedicated volunteers gave a detailed          description of their broadcasting equipment and activities.      The     Criterion is a combined museum and theatre run by a former President of RC Minster which runs a variety of events including old time music hall,         musical evenings and cinema screenings.        The visit was rounded off            with a Burns Night (kind of!) Dinner with the hilarious RC Minster and a           great time was had by all.   It is hoped to run a trip to the Criterion later    this year.
