Lunch time meeting - SGM - election of Office Bearers

On Thursday 5^th December 2019 President Ewen Macdonald welcomed 16 Club Rotarians to this our lunch time meeting, which was held at the Gilvenbank Hotel, Glenrothes.

On reception, this week was Geoff Sampson and Jack Dempsey who said grace.

This week was the clubs SGM where out budgetary controller Walter Fletcher ran through the signed off accounts for the previous year ending in June 2019. This meeting was also to confirm the main positions for the club effective from July 2020, namely President Geoff Sampson, Senior Vice President Brian Johnson, Junior Vice President to be confirmed, Secretary Anne Sampson and Walter Fletcher taking over from Geoff Sampson as Treasurer for one year whilst he is Club President.

The Senior Citizens Tea dance takes place at Auchmuty High School this coming Friday 13^th December 2019.

Our Santa Collection takes place at ASDA this coming Saturday 14th December 2019 from 10am to 4pm.

The annual Swimarathon fundraiser will take place on 1st March 2020 if you are interested in entering a team please contact us by PM on Facebook.

This coming week’s meeting on Thursday 12th November will be a lunch time meeting to be held at the Gilvenbank Hotel. please meet 12.45pm for a 12.55pm start. This week our speaker will be Gilly Guild giving us an update from the Glenrothes Foodbank also a representative from the Black Watch.
