NOTES OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING –1st December 2020

President Roger Hall conducted the meeting reporting that with 24 members and no visitors present, there were as usual the requisite uncontested nominations for election as Club officers. Members present unanimously agreed and confirmed the following:

1. Election of Aileen North as Club President for 2022/23. Aileen will remain as Junior Vice President until 1st January 2021. Then she will become Club Senior Vice President until 1st July 2021 when she will become President Elect with Douglas Scott as President for 2021/22.

2. Election of Robert Haig as Secretary and Martin King as Treasurer for 2021/22.

3. Roger Hall and Douglas Scott as the two voting delegates for Rotary Conferences. Aileen North and Robert Haig as deputies in the event that delegates are absent.

4. An Auditor or an Independent Examiner for 2021/22 is still to be appointed.

5. The Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2019/20, presented by Treasurer Martin King were received and approved.
