Dazzling Donkey competition - terms and conditions

• Entrants must be under 16 years of age.
• There are three age categories:-
  
• 4 and under
  
• Over 4 – 8 
• 8 and over

• Submissions can be made using the drawings downloaded from Here or in any form of craft the entrant choses providing they are donkey related.
• Send to - Submissions should be sent as email or picture attachments to Dougal@rcbb.co.uk or can be photographed and uploaded as a reply to our SM posts in any SM group and should be tagged with #BBRotary.
• Winners - Prizes will not be awarded, but winners will be chosen from each age category.
• Social Media - If you do not wish the entrant’s name or age to be disclosed in a social media posting, please advise us either by email Dougal@rcbb.co.uk or FB messenger on our SM page @burnhambeechesrotary and make sure that their name does not appear on the entry.
• Privacy - For details on how we deal with and protect any personal information we collect please see the Privacy notice on our website 
• Burnham Village Fete - A display of entries will be on show at the Burnham Village Fete on 10^thJuly 2021 at Burnham Park.
• Certificate - All Entrants will be able to claim a Special Donkey Derby Certificate at the RCBB stand at the Show on proof of their submission. Certificates will not be posted however a PDF copy can be emailed on request.  Please email Dougal@rcbb.co.uk to request your certificate.
