ROTARY MEETING

Thursday 7th April

PRESENT

        Sue, Robert, Margaret, Andrew B, Pat, Paul H.O, Kathy, Reggie, Godfrey, Spyros, Andrew M, Chris, Pippa, Maureen, Jackie, Hilary, David M, Elaine.

BUSINESS

        Andrew: grass is too wet to cut at the moment at the                                       roundabout, a neighbour at No 26 has asked if                                  she can plant some bulbs

        Godfrey: Thanked everyone for their good wishes etc.

        Spyros: expressed that at the quiz night pink raffle tickets                              were needed as people were negative about                                      other colours.

        David M: Sent emails to thank people from bowls club for                               donation

                        Next payment to shelter box will be made this                                   week (£4000) to date

        Andrew   has spoken to Sue Hills and the Bhutan                                             education Authority has acknowledged that our                                school of choice is being looked after by them                                  now and they have suggested another 2 schools

        Robert     Remember to tell him about meals choices on                                   time

        Kathy      looked after the global scholar Lauren onSunday                     and took her to Broadstairs for a visit

        Hilary      Canterbury are hosting BBC question time and                                 she it attending at The Malt house

        Sue          Thanked everyone for their attendance/spending                      at the quiz night.

                        apparently there were 2/3 items left in the                                          kitchen at All Saints Hall, but no one remembers                              anyone using the kitchen
