SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
THE ROTARY CLUB OF BEXHILL ON SEA
21st December 2021
The business of the Special General Meeting will be to:
1. To Receive and approve the examined accounts for the year ended 30th June 2021 copies of which will be circulated prior to the meeting.
2 To Confirm the President (Rotarian Perry Puddefoot) 2022/23 and President Elect (Rotarian James Slinn) for 2023/24.
3 To Elect, by ballot if necessary, the Treasurer and Secretary for Rotary Year 2022/23
and The Vice President (President for 24/25)
4 To elect the voting delegates and their deputies to the National Conference.
One delegate and additional delegate (and substitute) for Every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members.
