Thanks for coming and see you next year Santa!

Another wonderful year for our charities.

Well, that’s another year over for Santa and his elves! Rudolph and the team have returned home for a well deserved rest and the sleigh is tucked away again until next year. Let’s hope that 2022 will bring us all happiness and that we can put the last two years behind us!

Covid certainly couldn’t thwart us in its various forms last year and despite Omicron’s best efforts this year, people still turned out in their hundreds to support us. It was quite simply, another fantastic effort from everyone concerned. Thank you once again to all those volunteers who worked so hard both in the months leading up to and during our Goodwill Week. An absolutely fantastic effort!

Special thanks must go to our Mayor Cllr James Hunt, who joined us again in full regalia for one of our walks. We were also thrilled to be joined by our local MP Abena Oppong-Asare as we toured the streets of Erith and Belvedere. Hopefully, they will both be able to join us again next year.

Finally, a big thank you to everyone who made this another bumper year for our charities!

Until next time…….!
