Lunch at The Jolly Farmer Restaurant
As the Bluebells begin to peek out and decorate the local woods and hedgerows, we decided to treat our elderly friends to a spot of lunch to celebrate the beginning of Spring. We were treated to a wonderful meal at The Jolly Farmer Restaurant in Chalfont St Peter. Rotarian and Restaurateur, Gary Wise had set aside a large area of the restaurant for our friends which ensured comfort and space for all their needs. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and served everyone a delicious two course meal. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and especially the tasty food.
It was great to see all our elderly friends and to meet new ones. What fun it was to see everyone tuck into their lunch and listen to the social noise created by happy customers.
