Club Meeting - ROTARY DISABILITY GAMES

   The Lincoln Rotary clubs, lead by Lindum, are running the games on Sunday 16th April 2023.

Venue - Lincoln Christ Hospital School

Disability Events:

  • Swimming, 
  • Archery, 
  • Shooting
  • Weightlifting
  • New Age Kurling
  • Boccia
  • Table Tennis
  • Darts
  • Wheelchair Slalom
  • Wheelchair racing.

Events are categorised into junior and senior (16 + on day of games), and by gender in some cases, whilst some are open.

The games are entirely amateur for fun - there is no grading.

Competitors and carers lunch and water supplied. Rotarians and other volunteers provide own. Every competitor gets a tee shirt and a medallion, and every winner gets a trophy.

Competition is individual, not team.

Rotary Clubs are encouraged to bring groups from their local area by contacting sports groups including disabled ones, adult groups, specialist schools etc.
