The Agenda for our VISIT to EAC COUNCIL HEADQUARTERS, LONDON ROAD on THURSDAY 13 OCTOBER 2022 AT 6PM FOR 6.30PM is:

6.30pm Council Chambers: Club Business followed by East Ayrshire Council’s Strategic Plan, Eddie Fraser, Chief Executive
Cafeteria: Dinner prepared and served by East Ayrshire Council’s On-Site Services followed by Tour of Risk Management Centre
8pm Depart

I am attaching the two course Dinner menu which will be served by EAC On-Site Services. Would you please let me know if you are coming or not; and what your Dinner choices are so we can let EAC know in advance. N.b. I will also include a sheet in the circulation folder.
