Crosby Rotary recently entertained 17 local groups at Waterloo Rugby Club where donations from the Rotary’s Santa collections were dispersed
This was the 55th such evening, hosted by Crosby Rotary
Those present, updated Rotary on their activities and plans for the future.
Over £13,000 was distributed to 26 local causes listed below.

'What We Do' Main Pages:
Club members collect used postage stamps throughout the year. These are used to fund a Rotary project in Sri Lanka in conjunction with the district 1180 Rotary Passport Club.
moreClub members collected at the Christmas tree light switch on and at Sainsbury's in early December. £226 and £508 were collected respectively. Sadly one complete day's Sainsbury' collection had to be cancelled due to the 50-70 mph winds of Storm Darragh.
moreCrosby Club, helped by members of the public and youth service organisations collected £11,000 over 9 routes throughout Crosby, Waterloo, Thornton, Hightown and Little Crosby this year. One route had to be cancelled due to Storm Eowyn. Thanks to all.
