Westbury Rotary will be assisting the Town Council in marshalling transport in the early stages

Members of the Rotary Club of Westbury manned the car park at the cement works.

A smooth transition of visitors from the car park onto the free transport up to event was provided by the Rotary volunteers.

We manned the position from 9am until 3 pm, the main body of visitors requiring transport had go to the event by then.

Chandlers provided tghe free transport to and from the cement works.  The drivers were happy and went overboard to ensure rthe vistors enjoyed their day.

We are, as ever, more than pleased to be able to assist Westbury Town Council in such an event.

We had collection buckets readiltyh available so anyone could donate as they saw fit, everything was free though and no pressure was made to donate.  Monies raised are more than welcome but it's not the main aim!

The event can only raise Westbury’s standing in the eyes of the public, and with it Rotary by association.
