on 23 September 2024 Liz travelled to Kyiv,Ukraine as part of a team of three from Helping our Ukrainian Friends
Liz has been very active, since the beginning of the war in helping Ukraine.
It was a long journey-15 hours by train (over100 years old) to reach Kyiv.
Liz spent a week in Ukraine and is sharing her experiences with other Rotary Clubs to raise funds for sleeping bags/blankets/heaters to help combat the very cold Ukrainian winter.

The Sleigh will stop on its 6 evenings travelling round the streets, wherever children gather. Santa is continuing to use updated tracking technology.
