Our Foudation Chairman Rtn. gives his account of what his committee is looking forward to achieving this year and what they achieved last year.
2012 – 13
Our
Chairman. Rtn. Keith Ludlam
If there is a District Foundation Seminar the Club will definitely be represented.
The Club will donate to the End Polio Appeal.
A member of the District Foundation committee or an Ambassadorial Scholar will be
invited to the Club to give a presentation.
Money will be raised for Foundation.
We identify a suitable project and will look at applying for a District Simplified Grant
We may do another Matching Grant Project with Cochin Midtown Club in Kochi, Kerala, India.
The Foundation Committee will work closely with the International Committee as we
always have done.
2011 – 12
Our Achievements

Members attended the welcome dinner for the GSE team.
We entertained the GSE team from India.
We donated funds to the End Polio Appeal and Rotary Foundation.
We applied for a District Simplified Grant and were successful.
Eric Cowcill attended the Polio vaccination conducted by Cochin Midtown Club in Kerala, India in February.
Our Matching Grant programme ‘Gift of Life’ with the Cochin Midtown Club was successfully completed.
