IMPORTANT.Please note that our Monday meeting on October 19th will NOT be at the Crown

but at The New Forest (Fullers),Ashurst.This is next to Ashurst Station - if coming from Lyndhurst
it is just past the camp site on the right.If coming from Southampton direction it is just on the left
just past the Happy Cheese over the bridge.
PROCEDURE:On arrival from 6:15pm please order your food of choice indicating you are with
Rotary party.Cut-off for food orders will be 6:40pm when please move to the area designated
for us-food will be served about 7:15.If you should arrive later than 6:40,you can still order but
may find a delay before you get your food.(you can order by phone-02380 292721).There is a
15% discount on food & drinks.Menu attached for information.

Business will be discussed before the food arrives.COUNCIL will meet when the President
concludes the meeting-this arrangement will avoid the problems encountered at the external
venue in August.

NO APOLOGIES REQUIRED as we are paying on ordering

Supported by New Forest Rotary the Annual Gateway Games at Brockenhurst College attracted over 40 competitors with learning difficulties. Eastleigh won with New Milton 'M Chicks' winning the annual Rotary trophy for team spirit.
