Rotary Club Lunch Meeting

We will meet as usual for lunch. After lunch we will hold the Club's SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING


In accordance with Bye-law 6, clause 2, of the standard R.I.B.I. Club Bye-laws, at about 1.40pm on this day

We will hold the Club's 2015 Special General Meeting for presentation of accounts and the election of officers for 2016-17

  1.     Minutes of the Special General Meeting held on Friday 12th December 2014.
  2.     Matters arising from the above Minutes.
  3.     Annual Accounts of the Club for the year ending 30th June 2015.
  4.     Election of Officers for 2016/2017. (President Elect, President Nominee, Hon. Secretary &     Hon.Treasurer).
  5.     Election of Rotary GB&I Voting Delegates (to attend Rotary GB&I Conference 2016)
  6.     Nominations for Rotary GB&I President and Treasurer
  7.    Any Other Business.

Nominations for vacancies should have been lodged with the Club Secretary by 12.45pm on Friday 20th November 2009.
