Rotary Club Lunch Meeting

After lunch we will be holding our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


The Standard Club Constitution of the Rotary GB&I states that the annual general meeting of the club is held for the purposes of: 

a) Receiving annual reports from the Council and committees of the club for the current Rotary year.
b) Receiving the Treasurer's report and proposed budget and determining the entrance fee for the ensuing Rotary year.
d) Electing the ordinary members of the Council.
e) Confirming the appointment of, or selecting, the Chairmen of committees.
f) Appointing an examiner of the club's annual accounts.
g) Electing representatives of the club on the District Council

In accordance with these rules, notice is hereby given that the Club`s 100th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place after Club Lunch at the New Kent Hotel on Friday 27th May 2016.

The Agenda for the AGM  will be available at the meeting.
