Liu plans to speak about the aims and ambitions behind her 100 Sports in 100 Days challenge (to help people find their perfect sport), how this complimented the aims of the new Kent Sports Trust and lead her to working with them, and what the Trust’s aims and ambitions are in order to help Change Lives Through Sport.
