M&S Store Collection

Thu, Sep 8th 2016 at 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

We have been given the opportunity to collect for our President's chosen charity of the year, Macmillan Cancer Support, in three Marks and Spencer stores in the area. The first of these will be at the Kingston Park Store. Please support this if you can.

President Jo`s chosen charity for her year in office will be Macmillan Cancer Support. We are already having considerable support from the charityand we are looking forward to working with them in events throughout the year. Already a number of can collections in September at M & S stores in Gosforth, Kingston Park and Eldon Square have been arranged. The first of these will be at the Kingston park Store. Money collected will go to Macmillan Cancer Support and we hope to gain much publicity from this intiative. Secretary Linda and Brian Cowan are heading up these events. We now have sufficient volunteer collectors for this  collection but help is needed on 15th and 24th so please let them know if you can help.
