We meet as usual for lunch at the New Kent Hotel. .After Lunch we have the Club's SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

2.     Minutes of the Special General Meeting held on Friday 27 November 2015

3.     Matters arising from the above Minutes.

4.     Annual Accounts of the Club for the year ending 30th June 2016

5.     Election of Officers for 2016/2017. (President Elect, President      Nominee, Hon. Secretary, & Hon.Treasurer).

6.     Election of Rotary GB&I Voting Delegates (to attend Rotary GB&I Conference – Manchester  7th to 9th April 2017)
