4.     Annual Accounts of the Club for the year ending 30th June 2016

5.     Election of Officers for 2016/2017. (President Elect, President      Nominee, Hon. Secretary, & Hon.Treasurer).

6.     Election of Rotary GB&I Voting Delegates (to attend Rotary GB&I Conference – Manchester  7th to 9th April 2017)

7.  Any Other Relevant Business.
